ROM with Speedmod kernel 4.0.4 or 4.1.2 "leak" or official with PhilZ
Among the CWM
Wipe data, cache, Dalvik cache
Mounts and storage> format / system and format / preload
Flash ROM

Settings > Developer Options
Change window and transition animation to 0.5x
