[KERNEL][AOSP] Raw Kernel r1

Hi all,

I'm happy to present you my new kernel, Raw Kernel, based on the official CyanogenMod 10.1 kernel.
Here you go, @XxPixX :highfive:

Changes over stock :
* Linaro 4.7-13.07 compiled (feels snappier!)
* Increased lowest GPU step from 100MHz to 133MHz (feels smoother!)
* Defaults to ROW/pegasusq instead of CFQ/ondemand

That's all. These tiny changes are trully noticeable. ;)
