[Q] [ request ] jb notification panel for ICS 4.0.3

I decided to downgrade my note to ICS rom because it's smoother and faster than JB , and am satisfied with ICS :D
but I missed toggles and expandable notifications of JB rom , anyone can help me to import these features to ICS , how can i get the notification panel of JB rom ??
